Welcome to Sap Sap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, including Sap Sap and the standalone Sap Sap Speak app, our website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Sap Sap Speak can be used without creating a Sap Sap account. Its setup and lesson progress are stored on your device. Clearing the app's data or reinstalling it may erase that local progress.
Speak uses the camera to display live effects and the microphone and your device's speech-recognition service to recognize practice phrases. Camera frames are processed on the device and discarded; Speak does not record or upload camera video. Speech recognition may be processed on-device or by Apple or Google under their terms. The resulting transcript and a lesson identifier may be sent to Sap Sap's assessment service to evaluate the response.
Optional access codes unlock Speak Pro on one app installation for the period shown when the code is redeemed. Codes may expire or be limited to one redemption, have no cash value, and may require a replacement after an app reinstall or device change.
Speak Pro is a separate subscription from subscriptions for other Sap Sap apps. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically through the Apple App Store or Google Play unless you cancel before renewal. An annual plan is charged as one yearly payment. Prices are shown by the store in your local currency and may vary by country.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google store account and restore an eligible purchase in Speak while signed in to the same store account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund requests and refund decisions are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store policy.
You may upload photos, text, and other content ("User Content") to the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

We do not pre-screen all content but reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
Our Service uses automated systems to analyze images and generate language-related suggestions.
By using the Service and uploading content, you agree that your content may be processed by such systems.
You agree not to upload content that:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We will review and, if appropriate, remove the content.
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Sap Sap Speak does not require an account. You can erase its locally stored setup and lesson progress from the app's settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
