What languages does SapSap support?
SapSap currently supports English, Spanish, and Portuguese. More languages coming soon!
How does the Snap feature work?
Open SapSap and point your camera at any object, sign, or scene around you. Our AI identifies what it sees and instantly shows you the vocabulary in your target language, along with pronunciation and example sentences.
Is SapSap free to use?
SapSap has a free tier that gives you access to core features including snapping, basic vocabulary lessons, and community sharing. A premium subscription unlocks unlimited snaps, advanced lessons, offline mode, and more.
Can I learn more than one language at a time?
Yes! You can switch between languages at any time from your profile settings. Your vocabulary library and progress are saved separately for each language.
How do I delete a post or vocabulary card I've shared?
Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any post in your profile or feed, then select "Delete". The post will be removed immediately from your profile and from the feeds of everyone who follows you.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any post or profile you'd like to report, then select "Report". Choose a reason and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter the email address linked to your account. We'll send you a reset link valid for 30 minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your password. Once deleted, your account and all associated data are permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
